Yoga and Mindfulness FUN DAY at school (special 1 day event)
Are you short of time within the term? Then why not book a one-day, special event for your students - a Yoga and Mindfulness Fun Day for students and staff! It’s a fun, educational day, aiming to improve health and wellbeing.
This one-off event offers an age-appropriate, 30 minute yoga and mindfulness session for each grade level. Students and teachers will learn tools that can be adapted for inside and outside of the classroom. The focus is on improved learning, based on movement and awareness. Supporting information is provided in the form of handouts for teachers to continue the implementation of mindfulness tools in the learning environment.

Primary School Yoga Programs (4-6 weeks, negotiable)
We create individual programs for the chosen period of time that is requested by each school. This program can be funded directly by the school itself or alternatively, it can be parent-funded. A program may be scheduled to run for a 4/5/6 week period, where each session can last between 30 - 60 minutes, as per the agreement. This program may also accommodate teaching yoga classes to several different grades on a rotational basis for the day that yoga is booked.

Primary and High School Sport Electives (1 school year)
Creative Yogis provides Yoga as a yearly sport elective option for both primary and high school, with ongoing success and popularity in all grades.
Unplug and Destress - Enrichment program for Year 11 (5 weeks)
It is essential to have the right tools to manage additional times of stress and anxiety, such as approaching Year 11 and HSC preparation. We offer a 5 week program, 30 minutes per session, teaching yoga stress relief through breathing techniques, mindfulness, and simple yoga poses to increase calmness, focus, and strength. We also use flexibility and deep relaxation techniques to support the nervous system.
Yoga Discovery Session - PDHPE module (single yoga session)
Single Yoga Discovery sessions are also available as part of the modules for PDHPE. These sessions give students a first-hand introduction to yoga, with the opportunity to experience yoga for beginners. It is supported by practical information and a basic understanding of the science of yoga. Information is provided in the form of handouts
