Who can join?
If you’re passionate about bringing yoga and mindfulness to teens, this training is for you! Whether you're a yoga teacher, trainee, practitioner, parent, or educator, you'll gain valuable tools to support youth.
Health-care professionals, therapists, social workers, and child psychologists will find techniques to enhance their work. While prior yoga experience isn’t required, at least one year of personal practice is recommended to have a basic understanding of the fundamental poses and the experience of yoga in your own body

Yes! This course provides all the skills and knowledge needed to start teaching teens. Many graduates begin with friends and family, then transition to studios, schools, or full-time teaching.
Will I receive a certificate?
Absolutely! Upon completion, you’ll receive a Yoga Alliance Accredited Certificate of Completion from Creative Yogis.
Registered yoga teachers are eligible for 25 hours of Continuing Education hours through Yoga Alliance Certification, as this training is presented by a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider).
