This transformative module meets tweens and teens where they are—emotionally, physically, and energetically. Through the lens of yoga as a modern wellness technology, you’ll learn how to support their mental health, emotional resilience, and self-expression in a world that often feels overwhelming.
Whether you're teaching in schools, studios, or community spaces, this training gives you the tools to make yoga & mindfulness relevant, empowering, and real for young people today.
