Yoga Benefits for Teens
This training offers insights into the teen mind and gives you a solid foundation of knowledge, tools and confidence to share. These tools can be taken directly off the mat and applied into the daily lives of teens to support them to manage stress, anger, depression, anxiety and other common challenges. You will be able to help teens to navigate the challenging transition to adulthood by showing them sustainable coping mechanisms through yoga. It is essential to recognise the importance of building emotional resilience, mental health and wellbeing.
